Macabre...ish Horror Review: Bunnyman Massacre

Bunnyman Massacre, 2014/ 1 hr 30 min
A maniac in a bunny costume is out terrorizing the area and absolutely no one is safe. Women and children are equally fair game and some of their corpses are used for sport and food. Law enforcement, campers, locals...no one is spared.
The person wearing the costume is also an outcast in his own family, a supposed orphan and is bullied constantly by his degenerate brother. He silently accepts it, I’m sure the killing sprees help. But it’s not just Bunnyman, it’s his creep brother too, it’s a family tradition.
But a pair of sisters that’s caught and promised rape, torture and death, makes a deal...3 for 1. One of them will go find and bring 3 other female hikers back in exchange for her friend and she only has 30 minutes to do it.
This is a very violent movie. Lots of brutality, torture and blood plus it’s a psychological horror. It pretty relentless and bleak once it gets going. The effects are ok because they avoid showing the gory details other than blood, they suggest more brutality than they show. And the cgi blood is a little hilarious.
P.S. We see Bunnyman’s face in this one.
