Macabre...ish Horror Review: Fermat’s Room

Fermat’s Room, 2007. 92 min.  Four famed Mathematicians are invited, by invitation to a remote home of a mysterious man, known only as Fermat. Once inside these 4 strangers are locked inside a room to play a game. 

The game, logic puzzles, each must be solved in one minute or less because after that minute is up, the walls, connected to hydraulic presses, begin closing in on them. And will continue to until they reveal the correct answer. 

Meanwhile, between questions, they desperately try to find out as much as they can about each other to figure out their connection to each other and thus who has lured them into this death trap and why.
