Macabre...ish Horror Review: Pathology

Pathology is a 2008 movie about brilliant medical students playing a twisted and deadly game. When Ted joins the nation’s most prestigious pathology program, on his way to a promising future in forensics, he becomes a pawn in a terrifying game of death and destruction.

Fellow students use their skills to commit unthinkable and untraceable murders. He struggles with the game, the spiral into depravity, the truth and how to keep it from spinning out of control.

When it starts intruding on the rest of his life and members of the group begin interfering with his personal life, Ted has to stop the game for good. The ending is great! Very fulfilling and messed up.

This movie is graphic, brutal, dismemberment, murder, lots of nudity and sexual scenes, drug use, torture and cremation (incineration).

Most of this movie takes place in a morgue and it is visually dark about half of the movie. And it goes back and forth from the pristine environment of a hospital (learning environment) and the gritty street (hunting ground). I found it intriguing right up until the end. Good movie! Movie is 95 minutes long and good!
